Consultations & Estimates
All consultations are complimentary and non-binding. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation.
Color & Appearance Disclaimer
As with all natural concrete products, final color may vary slightly from samples, brochures, or digital representations. Factors including cement composition, sand, water ratio, humidity, and curing conditions affect the final result. Bright Edge is not liable for color variation within normal industry ranges.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined clearly in your project agreement prior to commencement of work. A deposit may be required to secure your project start date.
HOA Approvals
Bright Edge will assist in preparing HOA documentation, but the customer is ultimately responsible for obtaining all required approvals before work begins. Project start dates may be adjusted accordingly.
Warranty
Bright Edge stands behind our workmanship. Details of our installation warranty will be provided in your project agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, ground movement, or extreme weather events.
Limitation of Liability
Bright Edge Curbing’s liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing underground utilities or landscaping not disclosed prior to installation.
